Approximately seven days ago, I deposited $333 into my Rinabet account. Shortly afterward, the funds in my account were effectively frozen, and since that day I have been unable to make any withdrawals. The system does not allow me to withdraw my money.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted live support and reached out through the platform’s communication channels multiple times. Each time, I was simply told that it was a “temporary process,” without any clear explanation, and my issue remains unresolved. I have not been given any concrete reason for why my funds were frozen.
I demand that Rinabet immediately return the $333 I deposited into my account and restore my withdrawal access without further delay. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
