Rinabet Withdrawal Limits And Bonus Issues Causing Unfair Delay

I am writing regarding an unfair withdrawal restriction recently applied to my Rinabet account. Even though Rinabet normally allows withdrawals to be made twice within 24 hours, my account was suddenly restricted today without any clear or justified reason. There is currently a balance of ₺9,100 (approximately 250 Euros) in my account, but I am now only allowed to withdraw the equivalent of 10 Euros every 24 hours, and a bonus restriction has also been imposed. This restriction is applied only to my account. When I contacted customer service and asked why this limitation was applied, the only answer I was given was that “the risk department has deemed it appropriate.” No detailed explanation, concrete justification, or evidence was provided. In practice, my legally and rightfully obtained money is stuck in my account and is being held there under the pretext of “risk,” even though I have complied with the rules. I believe this disciplinary and restrictive policy is being imposed on me simply because I have won several times in a row, which creates the impression that I am being penalized for winning. This situation is neither transparent nor fair and seriously undermines my trust in the platform. My clear expectation from Rinabet is that this arbitrary restriction be completely removed and that I be allowed to withdraw the entire balance of ₺9,100 in a single transaction without any further delay or limitation. I kindly request that my account be freed from these unjust restrictions as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation of why such a measure was taken in the first place.
