Complaint Body: On the very same day that I registered with Tipobet.com, I requested a withdrawal of 42,000₺ via bank transfer to my VakıfBank account. About 10 minutes later, I was sent a receipt stating that the transfer had been completed. However, even after waiting 28 hours, no money has arrived in my account.

I contacted customer service and provided full proof, including screenshots showing that the transfer never reached my account, as well as the responses I received. Despite this, the only reply given to me was: “Your money was transferred, what happens after that is not our concern.” No proper solution was offered.

This is the very first time I have played on this site, and experiencing such a serious issue immediately has destroyed my trust. I demand that the 42,000₺ owed to me be deposited into my account without further delay. Tipobet must take full responsibility and ensure that players receive their rightful funds.
