Tipobet Customer Service Mocked Me After Unfair Bonus Change

Today was my first time using the Tipobet website, and I immediately experienced unfair treatment regarding a bonus I claimed. At the beginning, the bonus was clearly advertised with a 20x wagering requirement. However, without any explanation or notice, the requirement was suddenly changed to 40x wagering.

Because of this unjust change, I unfairly lost my ₺3,500.

I contacted Tipobet customer service, but instead of providing assistance, they mocked me and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I was playing on my mobile phone, and this is the first time I’ve ever faced such a problem, especially as a brand-new member of the platform.

I demand a refund of the unfairly lost ₺3,500 and that the bonus conditions be honored as originally stated when I accepted the offer. Customers should not be deceived by retroactive changes in wagering requirements.

The site’s unreliability is evident from their lack of response. They neither provided any feedback nor refunded the fee. Stay away from this place.
