On December 1, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., I experienced an issue on my Tipobet account that compelled me to write this complaint. Using my account with the username Karahan17, I deposited a total of $59 and, after playing, my balance increased to $350. I then requested a withdrawal of $330 via bank transfer/instant transfer. At first, the withdrawal was approved, but shortly after, it was rejected for no valid reason.
After the rejection, I contacted live support. They told me that the withdrawal was declined due to a “bonus adjustment,” and that my balance had been “corrected,” meaning I needed to request the withdrawal again. After this so-called adjustment, my balance suddenly dropped to around $236, and they instructed me to submit a new withdrawal request for that amount. Following their instructions, I created the second $236 withdrawal request—but this request was also rejected shortly after.
Following the second rejection, when I checked my account again, I saw that while my balance was around $346 just moments before, nearly the entire amount had disappeared, leaving only $3 in my account. In a matter of minutes, almost all of my winnings were essentially erased by the system. No clear explanation or legitimate justification was provided.
This entire process has caused a serious loss of trust and significant financial harm. I cannot accept my balance being reduced in this way without playing any new games or performing any additional actions. I request a full refund of all funds removed from my account under the username Karahan17, and I also request a detailed written explanation after the transaction history is thoroughly reviewed. I will attach screenshots showing my balance at the time of the withdrawal request and the sudden decrease afterward.
