Tipobet Refuses to Send Password Reset Link Despite Active Email and Phone

I can no longer access my Tipobet account (username: Bahis11, email: m*********@hotmail.com**). For the past two days, I have been trying to reset my password, but the reset link never arrives by email or SMS. I checked my spam folder carefully, but there is nothing there.

My email, phone number, and account are all active and up to date, yet I am completely locked out of my account. I contacted Tipobet live support multiple times, but they were unhelpful, dismissive, and provided no assistance whatsoever.

Resetting a password should not be this difficult. It is unacceptable that I cannot log into my account simply because Tipobet is not sending the reset link. I urgently request that my account be restored, and that I receive the proper password reset email or SMS without further delay.
