I made a deposit of 990 TL on Ultrabet via bank transfer. The transaction was made 6 hours ago from Garanti Bank Manisa Branch under my username Onur0629. However, during this entire time, the money has not been credited to my account.
I reported the situation to customer service and also sent them the receipt and account statement. Despite this, I was constantly stalled, and they told me that the deposited amount had not been reflected. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem.
