On October 13, 2025, at around 04:31 a.m., I noticed that someone had accessed my Ultrabet account from a different IP address without my authorization. My account username is Ferhatyuzay. The balance of ₺27,000 in my account was used up entirely on slot games without my control. The entire amount was lost in gameplay — there were no withdrawal or transfer transactions made.
As soon as I discovered the issue, I contacted customer support. They told me that I might have logged into a fake website or that my account information might have been stolen in some way. They also advised me to change my password and enable two-factor authentication. However, they failed to provide a logical explanation as to why someone who couldn’t withdraw funds in my name would spend my entire balance on games. Since any winnings can only be withdrawn to the IBAN registered under my name, it’s impossible for anyone else to benefit financially from this.
I have never experienced a similar issue on this site before — this is the first time something like this has happened. I was left completely helpless as my entire balance was lost through unauthorized gaming activity. So far, no compensation, refund, or solution has been offered to me.
I request a refund of my ₺27,000 gaming balance, which was earned from a ₺750 bank deposit, and demand that Ultrabet strengthen its security measures and resolve my grievance.
