Wbahis Sports Bonuses Missing Despite Deposits

I have been playing on the Wbahis site for a long time and I am experiencing a serious grievance regarding especially my monthly and gift bonuses in the sports category. The bonuses that I believe I have earned have been missing or not defined at all in my account since April, although I was regularly receiving these bonuses every month before. In total, I have deposited approximately ₺75,000 on the site and my total withdrawals are around ₺43,000. Despite my deposits being this high and my withdrawals not even reaching half of that amount, my bonus rights have been blocked or incompletely defined without any clear explanation. Regarding this issue, I first contacted a customer representative on WhatsApp using the name K***/A***. This person tried to show my deposits as much lower than they actually were and my withdrawals as higher. I clearly proved to her from the transaction history section on the site that the figures she gave did not match the reality, but she did not accept this and used insulting expressions towards me. I reported this situation to the site management via email, but there was no response or correction. Later, I also contacted another customer representative named B*** via WhatsApp through the same site and explained the incident in all detail. Despite this, she defended her colleague’s statements, again did not accept the situation, and when I insisted, she also responded with insulting and disrespectful messages. I sent another email to the site regarding this representative as well, but once again I did not receive any response or solution. Although I tried to reach them again after mid-April, there has still been no feedback or resolution from the site. I think that these two customer representatives are acting in coordination and in bad faith towards me. I am complaining about both of them because of the misleading and incorrect information given to me about my account, despite my high deposits and relatively low withdrawals, and because of their insulting attitude and style of communication. My Wbahis username is “Real***”. I request that the site management urgently contact me, conduct a detailed review of both my bonus rights and the behaviour of these customer representatives, correct the missing or undefined bonuses, and take the necessary actions regarding the disrespectful communication I was subjected to. I would like to state that I will continue to share this process and what I have experienced on all platforms until my grievance is eliminated and the necessary corrections are made.
