For the past 10 days, I have been unable to complete a 50.000₺ withdrawal from my 1xbet account (ID: 11824811*, username: osmang***, email: osmang*[email protected]) because my document verification process is being unfairly delayed.

I submitted all required documents without any omissions:

My ID photo

A selfie with my ID

A photo of myself holding my ID together with security department correspondence

Past and current statements for the credit cards I used for deposits

Despite this, I keep receiving repeated responses claiming my 8229-ending credit card statement is “not original.” I downloaded the statement directly from my mobile banking app in its original format, the same way I previously submitted other statements that were accepted without issue. Now, the same type of document is being rejected with no clear explanation.

I have been in constant contact with the security department via email, but I only receive repetitive replies. Live chat support provides no help at all. Although my account is not officially restricted, support told me not to play while verification is pending—so I have not used my account for the past 10 days.

I demand that my documents be approved immediately, my account fully verified, and my 50.000₺ withdrawal request processed without further delay. As a long-time customer, I expect consistency, transparency, and fair treatment rather than endless obstacles and excuses.

All they do is stall people. For 3 days, my messages have not been delivered to the person on Telegram who claimed they would help, maybe they even blocked me. There is no response from here either. I write to the live support line on the website, they say you will definitely get a response via email, but today marks the 5th day and they haven't replied to the last email with documents. I write asking for information about the ongoing process, I've written several times, but no response to that either. They keep passing the buck between themselves, no one is actually doing anything to solve the problem, they just keep telling stories. I have provided and sent all the documents they requested, by now this issue should have been resolved, but the other side has no intention of solving it. Their intention is to wear you out and make you give up, but I have no intention of giving up. If necessary, I will write to the licensing providers. Forget about the money we won, they have basically seized the money we deposited as well. Solve my problem, don't just pass the buck among yourselves. If you have no intention of solving it, just say it openly, don't stall people, so we can act accordingly.

You no longer respond, you are not interested in the issue in any way, the security department gave an automatic reply 5 days ago as always, now they don't even reply to emails, live support says there's nothing they can do and to send an email, you are making fun of people, no one can properly resolve their issues with you, when do you plan to solve this problem?

These immoral people have found a tactic, supposedly someone from Telegram is dealing with you, but that's just a story, I write 'gğblerdşr' and even on Telegram, they haven't looked at my messages for the last 6 days, I write to the security department saying 'please complete my document verification process,' and they reply that the process won't move forward until the requested documents are received. Damn godless people, I've already sent you everything you've asked for multiple times. The guy says the credit card statement I got from mobile banking isn't an original document. The fact that you even ask for my credit card statement is a tragedy in itself. I have proven with dozens of documents that the card I invested with belongs to me. Days later, I was contacted by 1xbet payments via email, and they also requested a few documents. I obtained and sent the documents. I don't even know if the payments department contacted me because of this complaint. Today marks the 6th day since I sent the documents and they accepted them, but they still haven't responded or gotten back to me. All they have is a damn system that only replies with artificial intelligence. If you're lucky, your issue gets resolved; if not, that's it. But I no longer think they're actually doing anything to solve the problem, they’re just stalling. Live support is already a joke; if you complain a little, they get to the point of saying 'get lost, do whatever you want.' May God help anyone looking for a solution, because otherwise, it won't get resolved. Don't let these people take your money.

You keep sending ridiculous canned responses, I have sent you the requested statement via email multiple times, you keep calling the statement I got from mobile and internet banking a fake document. Is there any other way to obtain this damn document? I even got a stamped and signed version from the bank, and you still called it a fake document. I can't explain my problem to your stupid artificial intelligence system. Just solve this damn issue already and stop wasting people's time.

Hello again, after a long process, with the transition to manual review thanks to the great support from Telegram assistance, my document verification process was completed and I was able to request a withdrawal. Thank you very much for the support. My issue has been resolved.
