I Face 1xBet Verification Problem Blocking My ₺2,350 Withdrawal


For the past three days, I have been repeatedly trying to withdraw a total of ₺70,000 from my 1xBet account via bank transfer, but each time I’m asked for different documents, and the process keeps getting delayed. First, I was asked to provide a white sheet with the date and photos of my ID card (front and back), then photos of the credit card I used to deposit funds (showing only the first six and last four digits), followed by a selfie holding my ID and showing my conversation with 1xBet. Even after submitting all these documents, I was then asked for a signed and stamped credit card statement. Since my card is new and no statement has been issued yet, I sent the original account statement obtained from my bank. Initially, they said this document would not be accepted, then later asked for it in PDF format. I sent it as requested, yet it was still rejected, and they again demanded the statement. I have made multiple deposits and withdrawals on 1xBet before without any issues, though I hadn’t used my account for the past six or seven months. Now, while I can deposit money easily, I am being unnecessarily delayed and inconvenienced when trying to withdraw. I have contacted customer support multiple times via chat, phone, and email, but they keep saying I must comply with the security team’s requests and that they can’t do anything themselves. Despite fulfilling all requirements, I still haven’t received any result, and I even received an email warning that my account could be blocked. I’ve been struggling with this issue for three days, I have urgent payments to make, and these constant delays are causing me serious problems. Since all my security verifications are already completed, I request that my withdrawal process proceed as smoothly as deposits do and that my money be transferred to my account immediately.
