I won ₺25,000 on a bet through 1xBet, but despite following all instructions, I’m still unable to withdraw my money. They asked for identity verification, which I submitted via email more than 15 hours ago, along with all the necessary documents and screenshots. Still—no response, no update, and no money.

It feels like they’re deliberately delaying the process to avoid paying out my winnings. I’ve used many betting platforms, but I’ve never experienced one this unresponsive and slow. This is completely unacceptable for a platform handling real money transactions.

I demand that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that someone from 1xBet contacts me without delay. I have full documentation and screenshots proving everything. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will take further action through every available legal and public channel.
