1xBet has disappointed me again, and this is not the first or second time something like this has happened. On 25/07/2025, I placed a bet on the New Lambton vs Lambton Jaffas match for over 11.5 corners. The match ended with 2:10 corners, which totals 12, so I checked my winnings. However, the status of the bet didn’t update—neither as a win nor a loss—for more than 6 hours. I checked 1xBet’s own live statistics, and they also showed 2:10 corners. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. The operator asked for my bet slip number, which I provided. Then she told me the result was 2:9 corners, meaning 11 in total, and said I had lost the bet. I disagreed and sent screenshots showing the 12-corner total from their own stats. Shortly after, the bet status changed to “lost.” This is now the third time I’ve had such an issue, and it’s becoming very frustrating. I hope 1xBet looks into these situations more carefully, as experiences like this make it hard to feel confident continuing to use the platform.
