The money was withdrawn from my bank account, but it has not been reflected in my 1xBet balance. After noticing that the deposit did not appear, I contacted 1xBet customer service and submitted both the transfer receipt and my account activity records as requested. Despite providing all this information, my balance has still not been updated and I have not received any concrete solution. I request that my ₺30,000 deposit be immediately credited to my 1xBet account without any further delay, or alternatively that the full amount be refunded to my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible.
