On October 8, 2025, I transferred ₺2,500 from my Ziraat Bank account (IBAN ending in 5001) to my 1xBet account (User ID: 1413926179) via EFT. The transaction reference number is 5324688*.
The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the funds never appeared in my 1xBet balance.
I contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times—via live chat, email, and phone—but every time, I received the same response: “Your transaction is under review.” I have also submitted all requested documents in full, yet after 10 days, there has been no progress or resolution.
I am requesting that my ₺2,500 deposit be reviewed and refunded immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect 1xBet to resolve the issue promptly.
