I recently carried out two transactions on my 1xBet account using Ziraat Bank—a ₺10,000 deposit and a ₺100,000 withdrawal. Both transactions have been left pending for more than two days without any progress or resolution.
I contacted 1xBet customer service multiple times to inquire about the issue. However, the only response I consistently received was to “wait, your transaction is in process.” No further explanation, timeline, or concrete assistance was provided.
This is the first time I have encountered such a problem on the platform, and it is especially concerning since both deposit and withdrawal were standard transactions. The lack of transparency and prolonged delays are unacceptable.
I am demanding that my transactions be processed without any further delay and that my funds be fully credited to my account and bank as requested. My financial trust in 1xBet depends on this matter being resolved promptly.
