I am writing to complain about the handling of my birthday bonus on my 1xBet account number 190238***. On my birthday, 27 November, 1xBet congratulated me and credited a birthday bonus to my account. I read the terms and conditions, which clearly stated that the bonus was valid for 7 days. Since I believed I had a full week to use it, I did not use it immediately. I last saw the bonus in my account on 27 November, and I did not open the 1xBet app again until today. When I logged in, I was shocked to see that the birthday bonus had completely disappeared before the 7-day period had passed. I contacted customer support, but after more than 10 hours, I still have not received a clear explanation or solution. I request that my birthday bonus be restored to my 1xBet account and that I be allowed to use it within the originally stated 7-day validity period. I expect this issue to be reviewed transparently and resolved as soon as possible.
