I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with 1xBet regarding the handling of my birthday bonus this year. My birthday was on December 4, and in previous years, including last year, I received a birthday bonus on my account without any issues. This year, however, no bonus was credited, and this made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a regular customer. On December 4, I contacted customer support via live chat to ask about my birthday bonus. The only response I received was to “wait”, but the entire day passed and no bonus was added to my account. After that, I was effectively ignored, and no clear explanation was provided as to why I did not receive the birthday bonus this year, even though I had always received it before and other betting companies I use also provide birthday bonuses consistently. I kindly request that 1xBet add the birthday bonus to my account as it was done previously, or at least provide a clear and transparent explanation for why it was not granted this year. I expect to be treated with respect as a loyal customer and hope this situation will be reviewed and resolved promptly.
