On January 29, 2025, at 22:41, I deposited 110₺ into my 1xBet account and placed a bet. The bet won, and I decided to withdraw my winnings back to my Papara account, which was the same account I used for the deposit. However, my withdrawal request was repeatedly rejected by the operator.
I tried again every hour, but I kept receiving the same rejection message. When I contacted live support, they assured me that the issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. I now have 600₺ stuck in my betting account, and I am unable to withdraw it.
1xBet, this is completely unacceptable! Why am I allowed to deposit money instantly, but when it comes to withdrawing my winnings, I am blocked? I demand an immediate resolution so I can access my funds!
