However, when I tried to withdraw the money to my bank account, I suddenly noticed that my coupon had been marked as invalid and the winnings were removed from my account without warning.
I immediately contacted customer service. Their explanation was that the coupon was canceled due to a “staff error.” This response is completely unsatisfactory. If my bet was going to be considered invalid, it should never have been accepted in the first place. Allowing the coupon to be processed, crediting my winnings, and then removing them afterward is completely unfair.
