I’ve been a long-time user of 1xBet and my customer ID is 979740565. On April 26, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₺22,000 from my account. The request was denied, and I was instructed to contact the security department. I complied immediately and submitted all the documents they requested.
Shortly after, I noticed that ₺12,000 of my deposited funds had been completely wiped from my account. No clear explanation was provided. I called customer service, and they simply told me, “Things like this happen with these companies,” and claimed that the security department has the authority to do as it pleases. That is unacceptable.
What makes this worse is that on April 25, I received a Friday bonus and fulfilled all the conditions required. After completing the bonus terms, 1xBet transferred the bonus amount to my main balance—meaning I fully earned it. Now, without cause, a major part of my legitimate balance has been deleted, and my bonus rights have been taken away.
I demand a full explanation for the missing ₺12,000, the immediate restoration of my funds, and the reinstatement of my access to bonus activities. If 1xBet continues to erase users’ balances without warning or reason, it loses all credibility. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution without further delay.
