On November 1, 2025, while using the 1xBet platform, I noticed that the matches and betting options on three of my bets were changed by the system after I placed them.
For example, on one of my bets where I selected Barcelona to win, the bet later appeared as Elche to win. Similarly, on another ticket where I bet on Fenerbahçe to win, the system changed it to “home win or draw.”
I placed a $71 bet on the first ticket and suffered a financial loss as a result. The other two bets are still ongoing. My bet slip numbers are 72174234611, 72259004821, and 72090223547.
Although these changes don’t appear in the system records, I am absolutely sure of the bets I originally placed.
I request that this issue be investigated immediately, that my original bets be reinstated, and that my financial loss be compensated accordingly.
