On August 16, 2025, around 19:10, I placed several football bet slips on 1xBet under the username f*. Each time, the total odds displayed before placing the bet were between 3400 and 3880, but as soon as the bet was submitted, the odds were automatically reduced to 2974.77.
To be sure, I tested this issue four separate times, wagering a total of about 15,000 TL, and the same thing happened every time. The odds never increased — they only decreased after confirming the slip. Throughout this process, I did not receive any error messages or technical warnings, which makes the issue even more suspicious.
This unfair change in odds after confirming bets has caused me financial loss and frustration. I demand that 1xBet correct this issue immediately and compensate me for the difference in odds that I was unfairly subjected to. Customers should be able to trust that the odds they see when creating a slip are the same as when the bet is placed.
