On November 22 at 19:39, I sent $118 to my 1xBet account via Ziraat Bank. The transaction was made for my account with the ID number 139761*7. Even though nearly 15 days have passed, the amount I sent has still not been added to my account.
I contacted live support many times regarding this issue, but each time I was only told that “the process is ongoing,” and I was given no real information. I also reported the situation by email, but I received the same response and could not reach anyone who could actually help. Their live support system is extremely inadequate, not solution-oriented, and provides only generic copy-paste replies meant to stall the customer.
I do not accept that my money has been held for this long without any explanation. I request that my $118 be credited to my account immediately and that I be given a clear, written explanation for this unacceptable delay.
