I have encountered a very unpleasant situation related to deposits. After I tried to top up today, 4th of May my gaming account 1904867***, the money was not credited, although it was debited from my bank account. I checked several times, and it became a real puzzle. I contacted 1xBet support service, but the answers were vague and did not help in anything concrete. It seems that my funds simply disappeared into thin air, and I have no way to figure out what is happening. I hope that you can clarify this situation and return my money to me.
