The transaction appears as successful in my PB engage transaction history with the reference number 307816, but the RM50 has not been credited to my 1xBet account balance. This situation has made me very worried and concerned that I may have been scammed, as the money has been debited from my bank account but there is no corresponding credit in my 1xBet account. I have not received any clear update regarding where this RM50 has gone. I request that this issue be addressed urgently, that the transaction be traced immediately, and that the RM50 either be credited to my 1xBet account or refunded to my bank account.
