I am a 1xBet user, and I made a bank transfer deposit three days ago, but the money still hasn’t been credited to my account. I contacted customer support, but they were completely unhelpful. They told me to send an email, which I did, but I never received a response.
I find it unacceptable that my deposit is missing while 1xBet continues processing other payments without issues. If my money doesn’t even show up in my own account, how are transactions being handled? I also called their support line, and all they said was to email them—what’s the point of phone support if they don’t solve anything?
I demand my deposit to be credited immediately! 1xBet, fix this now or issue a refund!
