I contacted customer support, but they are completely unhelpful—live chat, email, and support agents all give different answers or ignore me entirely. At this point, it feels like they are just delaying on purpose, hoping I give up so they can keep my money. This is beyond frustrating! A deposit should be processed instantly, not take hours with no resolution.
1xBet keeps saying that the payment I made was not to their agent, even though I had taken a screenshot at the time of payment. I still have that screenshot, but they are ignoring it. When I made the payment, I clearly saved the agent’s screenshot, and for 8 months they kept telling me that the process was ongoing. Now they are suddenly saying that it was not their agent.
