On January 31, 2026, I made two separate deposits to 1xBet using PhonePe and my Paytm bank account, one for 9,998 INR and another for 10,000 INR, for a total of 19,998 INR. Both transactions were successful and are clearly visible in my PhonePe and Paytm bank records, yet the total amount of 19,998 INR has still not been reflected in my 1xBet account balance. I contacted 1xBet support on the same day the issue occurred and, as requested, provided all required evidence, including screenshots, my bank statement, and a video recording of my mobile banking app showing the successful transactions. Despite submitting all this documentation, the process keeps being delayed, and the issue remains unresolved. I am using my 1xBet account in India with my real personal details, and I am simply requesting that the missing deposits be correctly credited to my account. I kindly ask 1xBet to urgently review these two transactions (9,998 INR and 10,000 INR, totaling 19,998 INR), complete the investigation without further delay, and credit the full amount to my account as soon as possible. If any additional information is genuinely required from my side, I am ready to provide it, but I expect a clear and prompt resolution.
