I am experiencing a serious problem with the deposits I made to my 1xBet account using the fast bank transfer method. Even though I have been a regular and loyal member who has been depositing money for over 10 years, I have suffered significant inconvenience during this process.
On January 4, 2025, I deposited $115 into my account, but only $81 was credited, leaving $35 missing. Today, I made another fast transfer deposit of $69, but this amount was not credited to my account at all. All of these transactions were made through my same account with ID number 6514965, and I have screenshots and transaction records for all transfers.
Regarding this issue, I have contacted live support and customer service multiple times, but no concrete solution has been provided. For 11 days, I have been told that my transaction is “under review,” and for the new deposit I made today, I was given the same response—that it is still under review. Neither the missing amounts have been credited to my account nor has a clear explanation been provided.
I request that the full amount of money I deposited be credited to my account without any loss and that a clear and transparent explanation be given regarding the processing of my transactions. I do not want the process to be dragged out with repeated “under review” responses; I want either my deposited funds to be properly credited to my account or refunded. If necessary, I am fully prepared to share all visual proof related to my deposit transactions.
