On October 25, 2025, at 00:33, I deposited ₺6,000 into my 1xBet account using the Süper Banka Havale method. During the transaction, my internet connection was interrupted, and I couldn’t log back into my account. After sending the money, I created a support ticket manually. My ticket number is 91758 and my player ID is 1432604043. I have all payment receipts and documents as proof.
After the deposit, I contacted 1xBet customer service and sent them emails, completing every required step correctly. However, I was kept waiting for two days, received no clear response, and eventually, my transaction was rejected — even though it still appears in the system as pending.
Later, I was told that the payment was transferred to another user’s account and that my payment details had been shared with a third party, so the funds would not be credited to me. This is completely false, as I have never shared my account or payment information with anyone.
I request that the ₺6,000 deposit be credited to my account immediately and that my financial loss be fully compensated.
