On November 1, 2025, I deposited $237 into my 1xBet account via g b****. However, the money did not appear in my account for over an hour. I sent my bank transfer receipt to customer service, but my transaction was completely ignored.
When I contacted live support, they told me that the transaction would not be approved unless I made another deposit. Later, they even asked me to make the payment under a different name, assuring me that it would not cause any problems. I followed all their instructions carefully, but the money I deposited was still never credited to my account.
I tried to contact the platform through every possible channel, including live chat, but I was blocked from all communication methods and my issue remains unresolved. I requested either a refund of the $237 I deposited or for it to be credited to my balance, but both requests were rejected without explanation.
This was my first time registering and making a transaction on the platform, and the experience has left me deeply disappointed. I demand that my financial loss be resolved immediately and that the company take responsibility for this situation.
