I have been a member of 1xBet under account number 2531*19. Around 1–2 months ago, I deposited a total of ₺5,000–₺6,000 into my account through Enpara to the recipient “Elektronik Pratik Ödeme İşl.” across four separate transactions. However, none of these deposits were ever credited to my 1xBet balance.
To resolve this issue, I repeatedly sent my receipts and the requested ID verification photos from a different email address, since my original email address on file was outdated. Despite this, customer support did nothing but stall me and even gave sarcastic and unhelpful responses. My deposits still do not show up in my account, and no solution has been offered.
After this experience, I have decided never to use 1xBet again. I demand a full refund of the amounts I deposited and request that this matter be investigated and resolved immediately.
