1xBet Is Not Verifying My Account so I Cannot Withdraw or Place Bets

I registered at 1xbet app few weeks ago. Place bets and won almost every time. So I decided to withdraw some part of my winnings. And I was very surprised when I was asked to go through verification my account chineduoka****@gmail.com. Which is normal in itself, but the process turned out to be a real challenge. I uploaded all the necessary documents on 1st of May, but a week passed and the verification status did not change. 1xBet support team, unfortunately, did not give clear answers and only suggested waiting. I am starting to lose patience because I can neither deposit nor bet without verification.
