The identity verification process on 1xBet has turned into a complete nightmare. I’ve submitted all requested documents multiple times, and each time they’ve been rejected without a clear reason. I even sent them from my verified email address (h***@gmail.com), but I’m starting to wonder if anyone at support even looks at them. I’m completely in the dark and have received no proper explanation from customer service.
