1xBet Keeps Rejecting My Withdrawal Request Since August 5

I haven’t been able to withdraw my winnings from 1xBet since August 5. This is the first time I’ve encountered a delay in the withdrawal of funds. My request keeps getting rejected, even though there’s no valid reason for it. Everything is in order on my account (mohamedn***@gmail.com), all documents are complete, deposits are credited instantly, and I’ve never had any issues withdrawing money before. However, I made a withdrawal request three days ago, and it was rejected — and continues to be rejected to this day. This situation is very frustrating, especially since I had a very good impression of 1xBet until now.
