Since I could not figure out how to activate the bonus on my own, I contacted 1xBet support team and asked for help with activation. Although they tried to explain the process, I still could not get the bonus to work, and the next day the bonus disappeared from my account completely. After it disappeared, I sent an email to your support, but I have not received any response so far. I find it very disappointing to be informed about a bonus and then lose it without being able to activate or use it, despite asking for help within the given time. I kindly request that you restore the same New Year bonus to my account and ensure that I can activate and use it as originally promised.
