1xBet Support Fails to Explain Rejected Verification Documents

My 1xBet account with ID 1901398503, registered under the email address connormcbe****@gmail.com, was suddenly blocked on February 1. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account and have been forced to go through a very complicated verification process that has become extremely frustrating.

I was asked to submit multiple documents for verification. I carefully prepared everything that was requested, reviewed all the information, and submitted the required documents. Despite this, I received a response stating that the documents did not meet the requirements. I reviewed everything again, corrected what I could, and resubmitted the documents, but the response was still negative. The instructions provided are unclear, and even after four days, I still do not understand what exactly is missing or what is expected from me.

However, they did not clearly explain which specific document is needed for address verification, leaving me unsure of what to submit. Meanwhile, my account remains blocked and unusable, even though there is approximately €200 in the account.

I request that my verification be reviewed again in a clear and fair manner, that I be given a precise and understandable explanation of which specific document is required to confirm my address, and that my account be reactivated so I can access my funds and use the service without further unnecessary delay.
