The transaction screen showed that my withdrawal was approved and displayed a notification saying “your money has been credited,” yet despite two days passing, no funds have been deposited into my bank account. I have contacted 1xBet live support multiple times regarding this issue; first, they said the money would be credited within 3 hours, then asked me to wait 24 hours, and later extended the timeframe again by stating it would be credited within 11 days. Despite the notification stating “your money has been credited,” the funds have still not reached my account, and no clear or satisfactory explanation has been provided. Being delayed for days, even weeks, in this manner has left me at a loss. I request that my withdrawal of ₺1,900 be deposited into my Ziraat Bank account immediately without any further delay, and that I be clearly and transparently informed about the reason for this delay.
