I am a 1xbet user, and funds from my account were taken by individuals allegedly working within the company. Despite reaching out to 1xbet's security team, I received an unhelpful response claiming the transactions originated from my account. When I requested specific details, such as the IBAN, name, and surname associated with the withdrawal, no information was provided.

This incident highlights a severe security issue within 1xbet. The company has failed to support its users or address my concerns, leaving my issue unresolved. Additionally, they have stopped responding to my emails entirely. I demand that 1xbet compensates me for the funds lost from my account (Account ID: 220641797) and takes immediate action to prevent such breaches in the future.

The money hasn't been credited to my account; we've been waiting for two weeks. My money was stolen, and now the money isn't being credited to the account. It's a shame, there's no interest or concern, they're just brushing it off. Refund my money... We make a deposit, and it doesn't come through, yet they mockingly say it was credited to the registered ID number.

I explained to you that my money was stolen from my account without my involvement, and no money was transferred to any of my bank accounts, which means that some insiders found a loophole in the system and transferred the money to their own accounts. If the money was deposited into any account or IBAN in my name, share it here; if not, accept that the issue is on your end, refund my money, and the site I have been using for years should apologize to me. You still have not refunded my money, and it was stolen by some people inside. There is no point in closing the matter as you see fit and pretending the issue is resolved. Instead of solving the problem, you are just covering it up.
