Since August 7, 2025, I have registered on 1xBet three times using the “one-click registration” method. Each time, I deposited money with my credit card ending in 9015, making a total deposit of ₺15,000. However, whenever I try to log into my account, I constantly receive a username or password error and cannot gain access.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted 1xBet customer support via email and submitted all the required documents. Despite this, I never received any response. I am logging in from Istanbul, Turkey, and until now I have not made any withdrawal requests or other financial transactions from my account.
It is unacceptable that after depositing ₺15,000, I am locked out of my own account with no assistance. I have been left without access to my funds and without proper customer service support.
I urgently demand that my account be restored immediately and that my ₺15,000 deposit be refunded if access cannot be granted. I expect 1xBet to resolve this matter quickly and stop ignoring its customers.
