On October 1, 2025, I deposited ₺200 into my 1xBet account using Papara through the official website. The site clearly displayed the minimum deposit limit as ₺200. However, my money was never credited to my account.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that the minimum deposit limit had suddenly been increased to ₺2,000 and that I had to deposit the remaining amount in order for my initial ₺200 to be processed. This explanation makes no sense and is completely unacceptable.
My Papara transaction number is 232903. Despite the successful transfer, the ₺200 deposit does not appear in my 1xBet account. Instead of offering a solution, customer support only insisted on additional payments, which feels manipulative and unfair.
I demand that my deposit of ₺200 either be credited to my account immediately or refunded back to my Papara account. Customers should not be forced into making additional deposits to access their own money. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently to prevent further victimization.
