On September 12, 2025, I deposited ₺2,500 into my 1xBet account using the standard Papara method on the website. The transaction was successful—funds were deducted from my Papara balance, I received an SMS confirmation, and I even have a receipt with the payment ID. Despite this, the money never appeared in my 1xBet account balance.
I reached out to customer support multiple times through live chat and email, but all I received were generic responses like “Please wait, we’ve forwarded this to the finance department.” Nobody explained why my deposit hasn’t been credited or how long I am expected to wait.
This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If the payment system is not functioning properly, why is there no warning or notification to customers? Instead, users are left uncertain and frustrated, unsure whether their money is secure.
I demand that 1xBet immediately credit my ₺2,500 deposit to my account and start providing customers with clear, timely communication whenever payment issues occur.
