On July 17, I attempted to withdraw ₺1,000,000 from my 1xBet account. Due to the platform’s withdrawal limit of ₺50,000 per transaction, I was forced to make 20 separate withdrawal requests of ₺50,000 each. Shortly after, the transfers began arriving in my bank account, spaced about 1–2 minutes apart. However, instead of receiving 20 transfers, only 18 came through—leaving me short by ₺100,000.
I immediately contacted live support and submitted all requested documents, including bank statements. A support ticket (ID: 6475616) was created, and I was told the issue would be investigated. Now, over two weeks have passed with no real progress. Each time I ask for an update, I receive the same copy-pasted response: “Your transaction is currently under review. In some cases, this may take longer than expected. These checks are necessary to ensure the safety and success of your transaction.”
This is unacceptable. I followed every rule and submitted everything requested. I want to know how much longer I’m expected to wait and why no one has taken real ownership of this issue. I demand the missing ₺100,000 be sent to me immediately and that 1xBet improve their withdrawal and customer support process.
