It has now been over 7 hours, and the money still hasn’t been reflected in my 1xBet account. I carefully followed every instruction they provided and immediately emailed the bank receipt (dekont) as proof of the transaction.
Despite doing everything correctly, I have received no result or explanation. I’m being stalled with vague responses, and there’s no one to properly address the issue.
