On June 21, 2025, at 3:52 AM, I received a message in my site inbox confirming the e-transfer was complete. Normally, when I get this message, the money hits my bank account instantly. However, despite making three withdrawal requests that day, this specific ₺32,596 transfer has never arrived in my bank!
I explained the situation to live support, and they demanded a PDF bank statement, which I promptly sent. They created a ticket, and it's been almost 24 hours with no sign of my money. I've sent emails with no response and even requested a call back, only to be told a ticket was created, there's an update, and I should just "wait for it to reflect in my account" and "not worry."
