The 1Xbet app clearly states that I would receive a bonus if I topped up my account on Sunday, which I did—I added 200 USDT to my account (1904879***) on Sunday, July 13th. However, nothing was credited to my bonus account. I reached out to 1xBet support, but it’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t received any response. What’s going on?
