On Saturday, October 15, at 9:15 p.m., I transferred ₺1,000 from my VakıfBank account to my Atlasbet account via bank transfer. However, the funds never appeared in my account.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account would only become active if I deposited an additional ₺4,000, and that otherwise, my original deposit would not be refunded. This is completely inconsistent with the platform’s stated terms, which clearly indicate that the minimum deposit amount is ₺100 — a condition I fully met.
At the moment, my account shows no balance, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
I request that the ₺1,000 I deposited be either refunded to my bank account or credited to my Atlasbet account immediately. I expect an urgent explanation and resolution of this matter.
