I’ve been a long-time member of Atlasbet, but lately, the platform has become completely unrewarding and frustrating. No matter how much I play, there’s absolutely no return. It feels like the system is rigged to make sure you lose over and over again.
Out of frustration, I decided I no longer wanted to be associated with the site and requested to permanently close my account. I reached out via live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and even requested a callback, but all I got in return was a scripted message saying, “If you don’t log in for 60 days, your account will be closed.”
This is completely unacceptable. When a customer explicitly asks for their account to be shut down immediately, it should be honored. Instead, Atlasbet is deliberately dragging it out, hoping you’ll return and spend more money during the waiting period.
This behavior shows a total lack of transparency and accountability. Atlasbet, stop ignoring your users and close my account now as I requested. No one should have to jump through hoops just to walk away from a platform that no longer delivers what it promises.
