I won ₺230,000 from Bahis.com and have been waiting for 22 hours to get my payment. At that moment, a customer representative named G*** reached out to me and promised that if I took down my complaint from the broadcast, the payment would be processed right away. Believing in this assurance, I promptly withdrew my complaint. Despite fulfilling all the requirements, they did not uphold their promise and have yet to transfer the amount. I feel deceived and am now doubting their honesty. When commitments are made to address problems, they ought to be fulfilled. I anticipate that my winnings will be processed promptly, as any delay would negatively impact their reputation and demonstrate a lack of respect for their customers.
